I’ve lost my gift card, can it be retrieved?
If your gift card was purchased online you can email our team via [email protected] and we’ll help you to find any gift cards associated with your email address. Unfortunately we are not able to replace physical gift cards.
I have multiple gift cards, can I spend them together?
Absolutely! Simply present your gift cards to the merchant when paying and they’ll be able to redeem each one.
Why is the LoveIOM Gift Card Scheme ending?
The objective of the scheme was to create a flexible tool to stimulate demand in the local economy during the Covid-19 recovery and provide targeted support to the hospitality sector during the cost of living crisis which the gift card platform has done successfully. The Department for Enterprise who developed the scheme is now looking at alternative support initiatives that align with the creation of a new Local Economy Strategy.
Can I still use my existing gift card after the scheme ends?
The expiry date on your gift card has been extended to 23rd July 2024, you’ll have until then to redeem your balance at any of our 60+ merchants.
Can I transfer my gift card balance to someone else?
Yes, you can share your gift card by either forwarding your confirmation email, telling them your gift card’s code or just giving them your physical card.
Can I get a refund for my unused gift card balance?
We’re not able to issue partial refunds on unspent balances, however you can spend your balance at any of our 60+ merchants until 23rd July 2024.
Will the participating merchants continue to honour the gift cards?

I have a very small balance remaining on my gift card, what are my options?
If you have a small balance remaining on one of your gift cards you can use our ‘Manage Your Gift Card’ page here to transfer its balance to another gift card.
Can I use my gift card for partial payment?
Most merchants are happy for you to make a partial payment using your LoveIOM Gift Card and settle the remaining balance with another payment method.
